Position Details

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to be part of this exciting time of growth and change as we expand the Assessment and Referral Court (ARC) List program across the Gippsland Region.

The Court Support Services Manager will coordinate the establishment of the new ARC List program, as well as provide leadership and operational management to the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP) and ARC programs operating across the region. The Manager will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and operation of the programs. The role will also have responsibility for ensuring that the team provides a high quality, evidence-based program to clients presenting with a range of complex needs and risks.

  • Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, welfare, drug and alcohol or a related field
  • Extensive experience in the leadership and management of health and/or social welfare staff
  • Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of evidenced-informed practice models for working with vulnerable and complex clients
