In this unique leadership role, you will lead the establishment of a new program in the region, that aims to address the over-representation of people with mental illness and disability in the criminal justice system. The ARC program supports clients with complex mental health and/or disability support needs for a 12 month period prior to their sentencing by the Court, supporting them to make positive changes to their lives and address the issues that may be contributing to their offending behaviour.

The Court Support Services Manager will coordinate the establishment of the ARC program across the Gippsland region, as well as provide leadership and operational management to the ARC program and the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP), a bail support program for people with complex needs. The Manager will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and operation of the programs. The role will also have responsibility for ensuring that the team provides a high quality, evidence-based program to clients presenting with a range of complex needs.
