About the role

The role plays an integral part in the coordination of Magistrate and Court resources and the role will facilitate communication between Corrections Victoria (VCCU, SCWA and prisoner movements) and Court Coordinators at the various venues of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria. 

This includes prisoner transportation and subsequent issues that arise due to the non-transportation of accused. 

About you

The role requires a working knowledge of the Victorian justice system, including court protocols and procedures. The role requires the ability to negotiate and develop solutions to issues in a complex judicial environment with competing demands and a broad stakeholder group.
