Position Details

Identify and define the change associated with the future operating state of the Family Violence Branch - VPS 6.1 - Fixed Term to 31 Dec 2020

As part of the Workforce Development and Change team, the Change Strategist will work with multiple stakeholders within the Magistrates' Court of Victoria's Family Violence Branch, which is currently delivering on a significant reform agenda including projects such as;

  • Expansion of specialist courts and programs
  • Infrastructure enhancement and development
  • Service delivery improvements and management
  • Digital transformation
  • Increase workforce capability and training
  • Establishment of Family Violence Contact Centre
  • Access to improve family violence response in the court system
  • Culturally appropriate Koori Court services

The Change Strategist is responsible for identifying and defining the change associated with two possible future operating states for the Family Violence Branch:

a)    A transition state - reflecting transition of family violence activities into MCV and CSV ‘business as usual' (BAU) if no ongoing funding from government is received,

b)    A pivot state – reflecting the changes required to the existing Family Violence Branch if the current MCV budget bid is approved.
