Position Details

This role requires a person who can work with a large team at the Latrobe Valley Law Courts and throughout the Gippsland Region.

You will need to possess strong organisational skills, advanced computer skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.

 As an Administrative Officer, the duties likely to be delegated include:

  • Telephone services
  • Initiation of court process
  • Use of Court's databases
  • Compilation of court files and lists
  • Receipting of fines and fees
  • Management of subpoenaed documents
  • Information management
  • Provision of administrative support to Courts in the Gippsland region as required.

 This role is 5 days per fortnight.  Week 1 – Monday and Friday, Week 2 – Monday. Tuesday and Friday.
