Position Details

Administrative Officer – Melbourne Magistrates' Court

The Administrative Officer for the General Registry at Melbourne Magistrates' Court is responsible for providing administrative support, including preparing documents, data entry, filing and maintaining accurate records to the Registrar of the General Registry.

•  Perform a range of administrative tasks within the Melbourne Magistrates' Court, including preparing documents, filing, photocopying and maintaining accurate records.

•  Perform keyboard duties using a computerised data base and word processing system.

•  File management and archiving.

•  Maintain the security of sensitive material, including processing media  applications relating to court documents.
