Position Details

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join its Court Support Services (CSS) team at Melbourne Magistrates' Court. 

Case managers are integral members of the CSS team, delivering high quality case management to clients with complex needs who are involved with the court system.   Working within the court environment, you will provide our clients with support to address the issues that are contributing to their offending behaviours. This position has a particular focus on working with clients with Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) support needs. 

We encourage you to apply if you possess the following:

  • Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology or a related field
  • Case management experience in engaging and working with clients with complex needs
  • Demonstrated ability building collaborative relationships with external stakeholders
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills and a flexible approach
