Position Details

The Koori VOCAT List Registrar will be integral to the success of the Koori VOCAT List in increasing access to financial assistance for victims of crime who are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.  In addition to exercising a range of administrative and statutory powers as a Registrar of the Tribunal, the Koori VOCAT List Registrar will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the List, and for file management relating to all applications within the List.  The Koori VOCAT List Registrar will also be required to participate in and conduct educational activities for internal and external stakeholders, collect, monitor and analyse statistics, and prepare reports regarding the List.  Travel to other metropolitan and regional venues of the Tribunal may be required from time-to-time to meet with applicants, local stakeholders and service providers.
