Position Details

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is seeking a  highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join the Court Support Services (CSS) project team.

Within the Magistrates' Court, Specialist Courts and Court Support Services include the Assessment and Referral Court (ARC) List, the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP), CREDIT/Bail Support Program, Criminal Justice Diversion Program, Drug Court of Victoria, Enforcement Review Program, Family Violence Programs and Initiatives, the Koori Court and the Koori Liaison Officer Program as well as other services.

These initiatives aim to improve the court's responsiveness to Victoria's diverse and growing community, and to improve outcomes for people presenting at court.

The Senior Project Officer is responsible for undertaking procurement processes, negotiation and monitoring of service level agreements and contracts with external providers, preparation of briefings and discussion papers, management of projects and development of Expenditure Review Sub-Committee (ERSC) bids.
