Position Details

Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Development, the Senior Learning & Organisational Development Advisor, is responsible for developing a MCV Learning and Development Strategy and for supporting the Manager, Learning and Development in the delivery of a broad suite of organisational development initiatives across MCV. This work will be integral to ensuring that the MCV achieves optimum performance by developing and supporting engaging leaders, high functioning teams and creating pathways for all staff to excel in their individual roles.
