Position Details

About the Role

As an ANUM in our Residential Aged Care team, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership to all staff to ensure that individualised care is planned, implemented, evaluated and maintained at a high standard.

You will demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge and skills whilst assuming a management focus in the ward/unit.

Our ANUM's are integral members of the unit's management and leadership team, managing and providing direction for staff, whilst ensuring that the well-being of the resident and family is the primary focus of care within the unit.


About You

To be successful in this role you must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience
  • Demonstrated experience and desire to work in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others to achieve optimal outcomes and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (including report writing) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills
