We are seeking a motivated Administration Support Officer for our Home Care Packages team who shares our values of Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

Duties include:

  • Responding to enquiries from community members and service providers
  • Maintaining client database and records
  • Liaising with team members to ensure our clients receive the best care, every time
  • Undertaking a variety of administrative duties to support the rostering and operations of the community care team
  • Experience maintaining confidential data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • You'll be a great communicator and highly organised
  • Ability to manage your own workload and work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Current unencumbered Victorian Motor Vehicle Licence (or equivalent).
  • Current Police Record Check

About you:

  • Demonstrated Administrative experience (health or community sector desirable)
  • Experience in a customer service role (desirable)
  • Cert IV in Business Administration or other relevant qualification (such as aged care)
  • Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
