About the Role
Our RN's work as part of the clinical team to ensure that individualised care is planned, implemented, evaluated and maintained at a high standard. You will ensure that the wellbeing of the patient or resident and their family is the primary focus of care within the unit.
You will be expected to act as a professional and clinical role model for all staff in setting clinical standards whilst achieving high quality evidence based nursing care.
About You
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor of Nursing
- AHPRA registration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients/residents, their families/carers and colleagues
- Motivation and passion to provide the best care to every person, every time
- Strong time management skills
