Are you ready to make a real impact supporting Australia's leading cultural institution? Museums Victoria is looking for a passionate and talented Senior People Services Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and help bring our Strategic Plan to life.

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, People Services & HRIS Operations, you'll lead a motivated and customer-focused team delivering HR and payroll services to over 700 employees. No day is the same, but some of your key contributions will include:
- Coordinating end-to-end payroll delivery, from Single Touch Payroll (STP) submissions to superannuation and reconciliations.
- Managing Museums Victoria's HRIS (Aurion) and rostering systems (Tanda), ensuring accurate data integrity and efficient operations.
- Delivering seamless onboarding experiences to new team members, making sure they feel right at home.
- Championing exciting projects like exploring AI solutions for enhanced service delivery.
- Advising managers and staff on HR, compliance, and payroll matters, while driving innovative improvements.

Salary: $92,332 to $104,762 per annum (base of grade) plus 11.5% superannuation.
Employment Type: This is a Full-time and Fixed-term position until May 2026.
