Are you ready to shape the future of Australia's leading cultural institution? Museums Victoria is seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition and Business Administration Support professional to join our People & Culture team.
This is your opportunity to contribute to dynamic talent acquisition strategies, enhance operational efficiencies, and support impactful projects that bring our Strategic Plan to life!
In addition to the above, you will also support Museums Victoria's review and implementation of a new HR system.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, People Services and HRIS Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, supporting HR systems implementation, and ensuring efficient administrative and onboarding processes.
Key deliverables include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of our talent attraction strategies
- Posting job openings and optimising recruitment processes.
- Leading recruitment and selection processing for Museums Victoria
- Supporting our HRIS and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Engaging with stakeholders and contributing to diversity-focused recruitment practices.
- Supporting onboarding processes and career expos.
- Developing documentation to streamline HR operations.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you have:
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
