The North East Link Project (NELP) will connect the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network, while increasing the capacity of the Eastern Freeway. It will slash travel times, get trucks off local roads and link key growth areas in the north and south-east. We are building something different, something people will use every day.  We're making communities safer, smarter and more connected – energising local economies and bringing opportunity to people in Victoria.  Our impact is visible and measurable.

We are looking for a creative Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to set up the learning infrastructure for the biggest road project in Victorian history. Big task? You bet. Establishing and leading a Learning Management Office (LMO) in the People & Culture team, you will partner with key stakeholders to quickly understand organisational, team and individual needs and develop an L&D plan that embodies NELP values (Challenge, Collaborate and Achieve).

About you:

You will be someone who has left a successful L&D legacy in previous roles and thrives in an ambiguous, rapidly growing, fast-paced organisation.

You are:

  • Digitally savvy and able to leverage the latest trends in L&D
  • Someone with a can-do attitude to conquer the practical challenges of working in a “start-up”
  • Committed to providing an exceptional learning experience for everyone involved.

Are you up for the challenge?

Relevant tertiary qualifications in training, human resource management, psychology or organisational development are highly advantageous and desirable.

Our commitment to creating a workplace that inspires you, engages you and grows you is strong – we want you to be a powerful contributor to this wonderfully diverse and dynamic organisation. Our offering continues to grow but here is what we already have in store for you:
