About the opportunity

We are looking for a creative Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to set up the learning infrastructure for the biggest road project in Victorian history. Big task? You bet. Establishing and leading a Learning Management Office (LMO) in the People & Culture team, you will partner with key stakeholders to quickly understand organisational, team and individual needs and develop an L&D plan that embodies NELP values (Challenge, Collaborate and Achieve).

About you:

You will be someone who has left a successful L&D legacy in previous roles and thrives in an ambiguous, rapidly growing, fast-paced organisation.

You are:

  • Qualified and experienced in designing, delivering an/or procuring L&D that makes a difference
  • Digitally savvy and able to leverage the latest trends in L&D
  • Someone with a can-do attitude to conquer the practical challenges of working in a “start-up”
  • Committed to providing an exceptional learning experience for everyone involved.

Are you up for the challenge?

Relevant tertiary qualifications in training, human resource management, psychology or organisational development are highly advantageous and desirable.
