About the role

The Delivery Manager eOPR role is the key resource responsible for planning and delivery of the replacement for OPR - referred to as eOPR.  The role will drive preparation of the business case, identification of requirements then secure delivery and test resources for a solution built upon PTV's Digital Analytics platform (DAP).  The DAP platform is a complex data warehouse based upon the Microsoft toolset within an Azure environment.  The eOPR delivery team will be a separate group  to the existing OPR and DAP support teams but will work with those groups and customer stakeholders  to ensure delivery of a robust technical solution with full operational support. 

What we're looking for


  • Extensive knowledge of application planning, design, development and deployment, as well as system life cycle management
  • Strong budget planning, financial management and resource management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of business operations and processes
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to effectively deploy resources and manage multiple initiatives of diverse scope
  • Ability to improve operational efficiency and service delivery effectiveness across all lines of business and technology platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others
  • In-depth experience of designing and implementing information solutions.
  • Hands-on experience implementing data warehouse and analytics management programs with experience with Azure Cloud services and Microsoft tools being preferred.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in IT, with at least two years in information system design.



  • Three to five years' experience in a Project Management role is highly desirable.
