About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Coordinator who will undertake tasks and activities to ensure operational readiness is achieved for all service changes across the train, tram and bus network. The role will deal with internal and external stakeholders to track progress leading up to final project delivery, and will identify and manager issues to ensure a positive customer outcome.

What we're looking for

Essential (must have to be considered for the position)

  • Proven capability in stakeholder management within a complex environment.
  • Proven experience in managing third party relationships and external suppliers.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management including managing, tracking and reporting on the progress and success of multiple projects.
  • Strong written communication skills including preparation of reports and correspondence on issues associated with the delivery of Network Service Changes.
  • Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, Word and records management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage quality assurance and customer readiness frameworks and tools.

Desirable (will be well suited to the role)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with high level verbal and written communication skills to facilitate consultation and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the provision of quality and timely project delivery.
  • High motivation to recognise and initiate opportunities for continuous improvement by improving internal processes and systems.

  • Formal project management/change management certification
