Job Requirements 

  • Extensive and demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft O365 technologies - Dynamics, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI and Excel Desktop
  • Relevant certification in one or more of the above Microsoft O365 technologies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to credibly communicate at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task, manage many priorities and deadlines 
  • Tertiary qualification in ICT, Engineering, or a related field 
  • Certified in Agile Methodology 
  • Friendly attitude and a strong focus on customer service

Successful applicant will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft O365 products.
  • Utilise understanding of Microsoft platform solutions to make appropriate decisions.​
  • Build relationships across diverse functions and customers to understand needs and capabilities.
  • Share your expert Microsoft O365 knowledge with customers, team members and internal support teams.
  • Use your in-depth technical knowledge and expertise to support business-as usual (BAU) duties and project delivery.
  • Apply new concepts and ideas to deliver service improvement initiatives.
