About the role
We are building the new Expert Assist Service for our customers which has high demand and wide technology opportunities. Are you someone who enjoys a challenge, like to problem solve and to innovate? Job Requirements
- Extensive and demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft O365 technologies - Dynamics, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI and Excel Desktop
- Relevant certification in one or more of the above Microsoft O365 technologies
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to credibly communicate at all levels
- Ability to multi-task, manage many priorities and deadlines
- Tertiary qualification in ICT, Engineering, or a related field
- Certified in Agile Methodology
- Friendly attitude and a strong focus on customer service
Successful applicant will have the opportunity to:
- Provide expert assistance and advise to customers to get the most value from using Microsoft O365 products.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft O365 products.
- Utilise understanding of Microsoft platform solutions to make appropriate decisions.
- Build relationships across diverse functions and customers to understand needs and capabilities.
- Share your expert Microsoft O365 knowledge with customers, team members and internal support teams.
- Use your in-depth technical knowledge and expertise to support business-as usual (BAU) duties and project delivery.
- Apply new concepts and ideas to deliver service improvement initiatives.
