AV Concierge

The Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) is an independent statutory authority responsible for preparing and conducting criminal prosecutions in Victoria on behalf of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). Matters prosecuted by the DPP and the OPP involve serious crimes or matters that are of significance to the fair and effective operation of the Victorian criminal justice system. The OPP consists of the Solicitor for Public Prosecutions and a staff of approximately 300 providing legal and corporate support to the DPP, the Chief Crown Prosecutor and Crown Prosecutors in the exercise of their independent roles in the criminal justice system.

The Office of Public Prosecutions currently has an opportunity for an AV Concierge. A full time, fixed term position has arisen in Audio Visual, at VPS Grade 2 level.

This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for all AV queries and to provide support to Audio Visual Officers within the unit.  The AV Concierge will also provide general administrative support to the division as required and directed by the Manager.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated innovative IT skills and sound communication skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
