About the Role

Reporting to the Manager of People & Culture and working alongside a passionate, supportive and driven Knowledge and Development team. You will be involved in exciting strategic initiatives for the organisation. Your focus will include implementing organisational culture and change initiatives and facilitation of training programs. This is a very exciting time to be a part of State Trustees, while there is a focus on culture and the development of our people.

Role Requirements

To be successful, you will demonstrate;

  • A true passion for organisational change and development
  • Proven experience in the implementation, facilitation and delivery of training programs
  • Demonstrated  experience implementing culture change or cultural development programs
  • High level of interpersonal skills, including facilitation and coaching
  • High standard of written and verbal communication
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptable to changes in work environment and prioritisation
  • Qualification in  human resource management, or psychology

In addition it would be desirable that you would hold;

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training
  • Experience with the Human Synergistics culture and leadership inventory tools
  • Experience in change management or continuous improvement
