Applications are sought from suitably qualified Division 1 Registered Nurses for the position of Registered Nurse, Grade 2, within the Operating Theatre at Echuca Regional Health & Rochester & Elmore District Health Service.
This position will be 0.5 EFT commencing 29/5/2017 until the 8/2/2018. The successful applicant will also be subject to initial performance appraisal three months after commencement in the role.
The successful applicant will have significant clinical experience, knowledge of theatre, a commitment to the development of the nursing profession, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perioperative Certificate and / or perioperative experience and knowledge.(Preferable)
- Motivated to best practice and in accordance with ACORN standards
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available for the on call roster for after hours including weekends.
Our team requires someone who has:
- An interest in Perioperative Nursing
This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check prior to appointment.
