About the role
This is not your everyday Program/Project Management role. In partnership with key stakeholders and reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The successful applicant will:
• step into the planning of digital transformation
• manage transformational change and;
• assist in advancing the change agenda while driving procurement activities.

About you
In order to undertake this role, you will need a thorough understanding of change management principles with a focus on people impact, behaviour change and adoption.

You will:

  • Define and deliver initiatives that improve performance, build new technology capabilities, and support the strategic vision of VO. 
  • Deliver strategic, commercially sound, and fit-for-the-future solutions, you will develop solutions with customers and business at the center of design and robust change management at the core of execution.
  • Building and leading a small team you will deliver process and system efficiencies by adopting LEAN/agile principles and leveraging technology to implement future-state capabilities.
