About the role

As a Senior Analyst, Performance Audit, you will directly contribute to the delivery of audits and business improvement projects by:

  • Ensuring assigned audit work is completed on time and on budget
  • Presenting evidence, findings, recommendations and conclusion to your team and audit clients
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Identifying and scoping audit topics as needed
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of business improvement projects

About you

You hold tertiary qualifications in a broad range of fields of study, for example:

  • The Arts, Law, Business, Science, Technology, Economics, Mathematics or a related field;
  • Your application will be considered favourably if your qualifications are at an honours or post-graduate level.

We're looking for professionals with between 3-5 years of experience working in audit, evaluation, investigation, inquiries or review environments.

In addition, you:

  • Are an adept oral and written communicator with sound social skills;
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and initiative;
  • Demonstrate an open and adaptive approach by promoting a culture of inquiry;
  • Actively share in learning and knowledge sharing activities;
  • Actively motivate and assist junior team members through coaching and mentoring;
  • Use your naturally curious and creative mind to thoroughly investigate issues and drive new ways of doing things rather than accepting the status-quo.
