We are currently looking for a Project Officer / Executive Assistant

Reporting to the Director, Enquiries and Complaints, this position will responsible for preparing project plans and documents, monitoring and reporting on project status, contributing to risk and issue management, establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and participating in and facilitating project meetings.

The role also provides executive and administrative support to the Director, Enquiries & Complaints and related support services to the Division.

The successful candidate will have a high degree of accuracy and reliability, with a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality, as well as a strong commitment to high standards of service delivery. The position requires close liaison with internal staff at all levels, legal practitioners and firms, as well as other professional and Government bodies.
