About the Role
Reporting to our Manager, Client Legal you will be accountable for the co-ordination of the day-to-day delivery of quality services across the portfolio of Executor Assist clients. This includes individual case management, liaison of with other business units and clients to ensure we deliver on our desired client experience.

The role is also responsible for providing support to the Client Legal team in relation to obtaining Victorian grants of representation of deceased estates.

The part-time hours can be split over 2 or 3 days from Wednesday - Friday.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in probate applications, managing caseloads and debtors and providing professional client services. You will possess well developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and problem solve. In addition, you will have intermediate - advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite and Salesforce.
