About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Property Team on a fixed term part time basis. As a senior member of the team you will proactively protect and manage complex property files including actioning requests relating to the confirmation, protection, sale, purchase, lease, transfer and maintenance of these client properties. You will also coach and provide support to Property Consultants.

Duties

  • Represent State Trustees when buying and selling properties
  • Engage with Real Estate agents and suppliers to undertake jobs and ensure compliance
  • Monitor and manage Property Services contracts and ensure adherence to contract obligations and service level agreements
  • Investigation and resolution of contractor non-compliance
  • Cost management and reconciliation of third party services
  • Ensuring property and personal effects are protected and managed in clients' best interests
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries and other interested parties

Skills & Experience

  • Property management and customer service experience
  • Experience in end to end Real Estate sales and leasing processes
  • Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports and recommendations
  • Well-developed professional communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Basic computer literacy including competent use of Microsoft Office

Experience in a real estate background will be highly regarded.
