Position Details

About the role

The Program Administrator supports the Business Transformation Branch with its various administrative, documentation and organisational requirements. It plays a key role in organising program meetings, workshops and events and supports the team in the completion of governance requirements and reporting. 

What we're looking for

Essential (must have to be considered for the position)

  • Demonstrated experience in performing a range of administrative support duties within a corporate team, including the preparation of reports and correspondence, minute taking and invoice processing.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing a range of administrative support duties, including the preparation of reports and correspondence, minute taking and basic research activities.
  • Sound computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and experience in preparing written communication and the ability to prepare and review a wide range of materials.
  • Proven ability to initiate, maintain and implement continuous improvement opportunities of business and administrative processes in the workplace. 

Desirable (will be well suited to the role)

Experience working in an administrative role within Government.
