Position Details

CSV ITS is seeking an experienced IT Program Coordinator to support delivery of IT projects within Jurisdiction Services and Court Services Victoria. 

An IT professional with a strong technical and project/program management background.  As the IT Program Coordinator you will provide program level administrative support to assist the Business Engagement Manager and Service Delivery Manager with the management, coordination and monitoring of IT project deliverables.  

The role is ongoing VPS Grade 5.2 located in the Melbourne CBD.

  • Prepare and review technical project documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improvements of project management processes within the IT team.

 About us

Court Services Victoria (CSV) is a public entity established by the Court Services Victoria Act 2014 to provide expert administrative support to Victoria's courts: the Supreme Court, the County Court, the Magistrates' Court, the Children's Court, and the Coroners Court, as well as the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Judicial College of Victoria.

This role operates within the Information Technology Services (ITS) area, which is part of Jurisdiction Services (JS), CSV. JS provides support to all Victorian courts and tribunals to assist in the delivery of justice services. JS is responsible for providing courts and tribunals with a range of corporate support functions including human resources, finance, facilities, asset and contract management, planning and administration, business intelligence, communications, business review and improvement and IT services. 

ITS provides a comprehensive range of IT services including mobility, network services, software support, court services support, in-court technologies, IT vendor management, business analysis, procurement, transcription services, telephony and communications support. In its ‘day to day' operations the function will aim to ensure courts are properly supported in their day-to-day work and service to the community.

About the role

The role is responsible for providing program level support across all IT projects.  You will support the team to manage and monitor the coordination of IT project activity and contribute to the development of high-quality documentation and processes that lead to timely program delivery.

About You

As an IT professional you will be a driven and motivated team player with strong project management skills.  You will be a strong and effective communicator and have demonstrated experience in monitoring IT projects to ensure they are adhering to agreed project management methodology.
