Property Services Coordinator, Funds in Court, Supreme Court
• Effectively co-ordinate and complete all processes associated with property-related transactions, including trust property purchases, sales and modifications as well as our pool compliance program.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and/or their care-givers, providing timely and reliable advice as they move through the process of either a purchase, sale or modification.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with key external stakeholders, including but not limited to, real estate agents, valuers, conveyancers, builders and architects.

About the Role
The Property Services Coordinator is a member of the Asset Services team within Client Services and is responsible for providing high level, quality service for the effective administration of funds paid into Court for persons under a legal disability (Clients).
This role co-ordinates all property related transactions across Client Services, specifically the purchase, sale and modifications of residential property for people with a disability.
If you have been working in real estate, property or facilities and are looking for a change or new challenge, this might be the job for you.
About You
- Proven high level organisational skills, including the ability to problem solve under pressure, prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines, as well as the ability to think on your feet while reaching all residential building compliance conditions.
- A building, facilities, trade background combined with project management skills or experience would be an advantage.
- Experience in the real estate, building and/or conveyancing industry would be highly regarded.
