- Attractive VPS 4 salary between $90,067 - $102,192 + 10.5% superannuation
About the opportunity
Reporting to the ICT Service Desk Manager, your key accountabilities will include:
- Facilitating excellence in ICT customer service.
- Delivering best practice technology solutions for customers.
- Developing guidelines within the work area in resolving IT related technical issues while fostering a customer first culture within the team.
- Leading continuous work or one-off projects to successful completion.
- Mentoring and coaching service desk team members in creating a high performing team through knowledge base creation, knowledge sharing, and guidelines based on analysis and policy formulation.
- Continuously reviewing and improving the end-to-end process to resolve operational service delivery problems consistent with program objectives.
- Supporting and leading the Essential Eight Maturity Model within the Service Desk scope.
- Leading Software and Hardware roll outs and endpoint management .

About you
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years' experience undertaking service desk lead role and ITSM experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are desirable, e.g. computing, information & communication technology
- Experience coordinating the following technologies at enterprise level is required: Active Directory, Windows desktop, MS Office support, licensing & deployment, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Mac OS deployment
- A valid Working with Children Check card or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
