Stakeholder Engagement Lead

The Stakeholder Engagement Lead will support the Solar Victoria Leadership Team to develop and implement innovative, high-quality, effective and appropriate engagement activities on behalf of Solar Victoria. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communications skills, have an ability to negotiate and build sustainable relationships and work proactively with people of all levels. The Solar Victoria Stakeholder Engagement Lead will use their significant stakeholder engagement experience to ensure the Solar Homes packages stakeholder engagement strategy is developed and in a way that meets the project’s objectives while satisfying diverse stakeholder requirements. This will include leveraging internal and external engagement through events and tailored engagement activities.

Position Details

Solar Victoria is a dedicated business unit within Sustainability Victoria, set up to deliver the new Solar Homes package. The Solar Homes package provides support to Victorian households to install solar PV and solar hot water systems, helping Victorians to reduce their energy costs.

Solar Victoria works with households, industry, regulators and training organisations to bring to the life an opportunity for Victoria to become a national leader in renewables and reap the benefits, both for Victorian households and the state's economy.
