Position Details

Receptionist/Administration Officer
Part Time, one day per week (16 hours per fortnight)

Located at the foot of the Grampians which offers bush walking, rock climbing, cycling, fresh air in the great outdoors, local wineries and a great local community is StawellRegional Health.

The Role:

Your valued skills will be utilised in meeting the administration and receptionist duties of our Primary Care services. We operate daily Monday to Friday and work days may be negotiated. There is also the opportunity to provide casual leave relief. 

About You:

  • Excellent all-round IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and data entry
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Initiative, time management and flexibility
  • Positive and friendly attitude
