Radiology Receptionist
Ongoing Part Time (16 hours per fortnight)

About the Role:

This role is to provide a mixture of administrative duties and clinical support related to Radiology Department.

Duties include:

  • General receptionist and clinical administrative support duties; with familiarity in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ordering supplies through ORACLE in collaboration with Supply Officer
  • Maintain effective record management and filling system.
  • Filing and scanning.
  • Typing and filling of medical imaging reports in a timely manner.


About You:

  • Demonstrated skills in effectively communicating with a range of people including consumers, suppliers, clients and staff, particularly via telephone and email.
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills, with experience in using a variety of products and platforms including Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as in following instructions and working under supervision of a senior member of staff.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and general administration.
  • Proactive, adaptable and demonstrated efficient time management skills.
