We are offering an exciting and varied position for a suitably qualified Grade 1 or 2 Speech Pathologist. The successful applicant will be part of a growing Primary Care department with an extensive multi-disciplinary team. This opportunity will suit a new graduate, early career, or experienced Speech Pathologist.

About the Role:

The Speech Pathology Department at Stawell Regional Health works across a variety of areas including inpatients, aged care, paediatrics, NDIS and community rehabilitation. The caseload for the position is varied, working across any of these services and applicants from a range of backgrounds and experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Suitably experienced candidates also have the opportunity to participate in non-clinical activities such as supervising students and leading quality improvement projects. This position is ideal for anyone looking to gain further experience and growth in a regional public health service.

We are seeking either full time or part time applicants with experience working across any of the clinical areas outlined above. New graduates are also welcome to apply.

About You:

  • Model excellent professional behavior, communication and team collaboration skills
  • Demonstrate self-reflective practice and a willingness to learn and grow

  • Have an ability to balance a clinical case load with other non-clinical tasks
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Previous experience working in NDIS settings desirable
