Physiotherapist - Grade 1
Fixed Term Full Time - 12 month contract

Situated at the foot hills of the Grampians National Park we are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our lovely multi-disciplinary team. This position would provide the successful candidate a flexible and supportive working environment, further develop key clinical and non-clinical skills, expand knowledge in a wide variety of areas, and support development of specialist skills of interest.

Grampians Health Stawell is a major health provider in the Grampians region with an extensive range of services including acute, sub-acute, community and aged care.

The Grampians National Park is the heart of the Grampians wine region. Stawell is the ideal place to start exploring what the Grampians National has to offer. Stawell has a rich sporting history and is host of the oldest foot race in Australia. Stawell is a bustling and thriving community, while staying within driving distance of Melbourne.


The Role

This position offers a mixed caseload including:

  • Inpatient general medicine and post-operative care
  • Inpatient subacute rehabilitation and Transition Care Program
  • Acute and Community outpatients
  • Sports injury Management
  • Aged Care – excluding pain management program
  • Group programs such as Better Balance, Hydrotherapy, and GLA:D
  • Rotations to other hospital sites
