Position Details

  • Base salary $95,275 plus 9.5 per cent superannuation (VPS Grade 5)
  • Fixed term until 28 October 2019
  • Melbourne based

About the role
In this role you will be developing and managing the provision of high quality, timely and innovative:

  • Staff development services to State Revenue Office staff.
  • Customer education services, including planning, preparing and delivering seminars, workshops and webinars, to State Revenue Office customers.

A seasoned presenter, you are well versed in delivering high quality presentations and are renowned for your high level interpersonal skills. Your ability to develop and lead relationships with internal and external stakeholders is critical to this role. You will also have strong research, analytical and communication skills, as well as experience guiding and mentoring less experienced staff.

A tertiary qualification in adult learning and the design and delivery of training will be highly regarded.  You will have high level skills in using presentation applications, including the MS Office suite of tools, Lotus Notes, Adobe Creative Cloud and web-based technology.
