Position Details

  • Total salary circa $79,955 (pro rata) + 9.5% superannuation
  • Fixed term (up to 30 June 2018)
  • Modern office in the heart of Melbourne

About the role

This fixed-term role has been created to adapt the SRO's Freedom of Information (FOI) service to meet changing requirements under the FOI Act and provide policy advice on related privacy and secrecy matters.

You must be an outstanding communicator, and be able to build and maintain productive relationships. You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to apply the law in a fair and practical way.

Additionally, you will be able to manage your individual and team-based workload effectively and efficiently, and be skilled in balancing competing priorities and tight timelines.
