About the role

The Senior Technical Officer - Knowledge Management is integral in ensuring that consistent, accurate, and timely tax-technical information is available to our staff and our customers. You will be working within a strong culture where knowledge and communication are highly valued.

By helping consolidate and expand our tax-technical knowledge management bases, this role supports our ‘create, share and apply' knowledge management environment. The successful candidate will be able to think innovatively, understand the importance of capturing and sharing knowledge, and enjoy building strong work relationships. 

It is essential that you demonstrate your experience in interpreting and applying complex legislation. You will also have high-level research, innovation, analytical and conceptual skills, along with a proven ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate written materials.
