  • Salary $98,396 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation – VPS Grade 5

The role

This role will manage the SRO's existing tax and revenue-based technical content in readiness for migration to a new platform.  If you enjoy writing simply and clearly, complex projects and managing stakeholders, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Knowledge Management Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing the SRO's internal tax technical and revenue-based content to ensure it is required, accurate, complete and not duplicated.
  • Rewriting this content into a templated format in readiness for migration to a new platform.
  • Ensuring the project timelines are met.
  • Reporting on the progress of the rewrite project as required.

The ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of complex legislation
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing clear, easily understood and concise technical content with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed organisational and decision making skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • High-level collaborative, negotiation and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with and influence stakeholders for positive change.
  • Project management experience to develop and monitor the rewrite and consolidation project plan ensuring project objectives and timelines are met.
