Senior Learning Administrator

  • At least one (1) ongoing role in the Learning and Development Branch
  • Salary $100,894-$114,476 plus 12% superannuation – VPS Grade 4
  • Based in Melbourne CBD or Ballarat GovHub, with hybrid working arrangements

The opportunity  

The Senior Learning Administrator partners with branches, Learning Partners, and external providers to coordinate and deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose learning solutions that enhance individual and organisational performance.

Reporting to a Team Leader, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage the SRO Training Plan and Calendar, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to support effective program delivery.
  • Support employees to identify and enrol in appropriate learning activities aligned with their Performance Development and Progression Plan (PDPP) goals.
  • Collaborate with branches and Learning Partners to design and implement learning solutions that enhance individual capability and organisational performance.

 

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. Proven organisational, administrative and reporting skills to coordinate and manage multiple learning programs
  2. Demonstrated ability to provide advice and support to managers and employees on learning and development options aligned to Performance Development and Progression Plan (PDPP) goals.
  3. Demonstrated influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers.
