About the Role

You will be accountable for leading State Trustees' cultural program. Paired with your extensive knowledge of tools including Human Synergistics' organisational culture inventory, you will deploy your real-world experience in reshaping culture across our organisation, creating both whole-of-company and local initiatives to embed constructive, humanistic and client-centric behaviour.

In addition to championing organisational culture, you will be a critical voice in shaping our leadership development, talent management and learning and development programs, creating and implementing initiatives that foster engaged and informed leaders and employees. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders alike to curate – and where appropriate, deliver – programs of work to ensure learning needs are met.

Role Requirements

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Qualification in organisational development, business, human resource management or psychology, and/or relevant experience
  • Experience with the Human Synergistics culture and leadership inventory tools
  • Demonstrated experience successfully implementing cultural development programs
  • Experience in managing learning programs in a professional services environment
  • Effective project management and reporting and facilitation skills

Desirable competencies include

  • Human Synergistics OCI/LSI Accreditation
  • HBDI, DISC or Myers Briggs Accreditation
