The opportunity

Sustainability Victoria (SV) is undertaking a risk and project management transformation – one that is future focused, fosters an enabling risk mindset and builds project management excellence, to enable SV to transform Victoria to a circular, climate-resilience economy.

The Project Management Capability Lead (PMO) is a key role in our Risk Culture & PMO Branch. Reporting to the Team Leader, Project Management Office, this role will support the development and embedding of project management capability across the organisation with a focus on continuous improvement. You will be responsible for evolving project management practices at SV and providing guidance and coaching on project planning and delivery in accordance with the requirements of SV's Project Management Framework.

The Risk Culture & PMO Branch requires a broad set of capabilities to effectively meet the needs of the organisation, noting an expanded program delivery remit and an increasingly complex operating environment.

About you

You will provide support and advice across the organisation to ensure SV is building a culture of project management excellence and continuous improvement. You will work closely with a dynamic team of risk and project management specialists to coordinate a streamlined approach that assists the organisation to achieve its goals.
