People Partner Organisational Development

Sustainability Victoria (SV) is a trusted delivery agency of the Victorian Government and a market enabler. We are passionate about creating a future where waste is designed out of the system and products and materials stay in our economy for as long as possible. We are dedicated to working alongside communities to create a local, thriving lifestyle, where there are no net carbon emissions, Victorians are healthy, and our economy is strong. We do this by attracting and accelerating infrastructure investment and innovation, leading wide-ranging behavioural change, and partnering with all Victorians to take direct action at neighbourhood, regional and State scale. In 2020 Sustainability Victoria was awarded an IPAA Leading Employer finalist, reflective of our commitment to our people, our culture, and our growth mindset.
