About The Role

Reporting to the Manager Health, Safety & Environment, the Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the building accommodation within the Cenitex tenancy at 80 Collins Street Melbourne and assisting with coordination of the move to our new facilities next door in 2020. This includes collaborating with building management, trades personnel and internal staff to ensure maintenance services are delivered on time and meet desired outcomes in a cost-effective manner.

As part of the Health, Safety and Environment team you will also assist with key OH&S activities including contractor coordination, emergency procedures and electrical safety in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.  An additional key deliverable will be the redesign of our logging and reporting practices through the implementation of building maintenance logging software as well as regular review of policies/procedures.
