About the role

This twelve-month, fixed term contract position will be working with the Program Fortify (a Cenitex project initiative to strengthen resilience and reliability and enhance our customers' experience) and will lead the area of Enterprise Mobility.  The position's purpose is to be accountable in identifying and assessing opportunities to improve Cenitex services through Enterprise Mobility, to increase productivity and efficiencies, and to implement mobility management platforms and related features throughout the organization. The position will collaborate with the different parts of the business to develop strong business proposals for approval.

About you

  • Lead the establishment of an Enterprise Mobility capability for Cenitex by actively participating in (and in some cases) owning initiatives through to delivery within the Program Fortify portfolio.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to further enhance Cenitex's Enterprise Mobility capabilities whilst leading alignment with existing business systems and technical roadmaps.
  • Lead the management and maintenance of the Program Fortify technology roadmap including documenting, managing and tracking mobility service SLAs, scope and risks
  • Owns the process integration between mobility business units to clearly define and communicate service requirements.
  • Promote and influence organisational uptake of Enterprise Mobility solutions and provide subject matter advice and guidance in area of expertise.
  • Develop business cases and proposals for the implementation of Enterprise Mobility related initiatives, clearly defining the value proposition for investment and benefits that can be delivered.
  • Participate in long-term strategic planning for service requirements as well as leading and collaborating with stakeholders to continually evaluate effectiveness of implemented solutions and promote continuous improvement in Enterprise Mobility.
  • Provide leadership, technical coaching and mentoring to Engineers, Associate Engineers and Graduates in the Program Fortify team and collaborate with the Program Fortify Stream Leads to ensure Enterprise Mobility service is delivered and fulfilled in accordance with business requirements, Program Fortify based service management guidelines and security policies and standards.
  • Pro-actively manage preventative maintenance to ensure that services maintain high levels of availability, performance, security and efficiency.
  • Pro-actively participate in assigned roles (e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration etc) championing and representing the team to management and external stakeholders as required.
  • Any other duties as reasonably directed by Cenitex.

Further information
