Join Cenitex to help provide technology solutions to the Victorian Public Sector so it can meet the needs of all Victorians. You can help shape the future of Cenitex with the opportunity to work with our customers across the public sector including all eight major Victorian Government departments

About the Role 

This position is responsible for technology lifecycle management planning for a specific platform and leading the development of technology roadmaps that leverage Cenitex's competitive advantage. You'll be the subject matter expert working with customers across Victorian Government. You'll provide technology guidance, develop improvement plans, facilitate workshops, and undertake product assessments. You'll work with an innovative and collaborative team of people to improve ICT services to government!

Job Requirements 

  • Lead the development of technology roadmaps and be a subject matter expert in Cenitex's business application services such as Microsoft 365, databases, and Records Management.
  • Promote and influence organisational uptake of emerging solutions and provide subject matter advice and guidance.
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders across Victoria Government by providing subject matter expertise on technologies.
  • Drive process and technology improvements using automation with a keen eye on security balanced with human centred design.

Day-to-day Responsibilities 

Successful applicant will have the opportunity to: 

  • Develop business cases and proposals, in consultation with stakeholders, for the implementation of new solutions, tools and training, that clearly define the value proposition for the investment and benefits that can be delivered.
  • Participate in long-term strategic planning for service requirements.
  • Work with enterprise architecture, product managers and customers to develop the future technology strategies and standards.
