Social Media/Digital Marketer

We are looking for an experienced Social Media/Digital Marketer to join our unique hospitality & entertainment venue. If you want to work in a diverse, passionate and collaborative team with an endless supply of coffee, this role is for you.

Located in the expanding western suburbs, just 30 minutes from the Melbourne's CBD, Tabcorp Park & Mantra Melbourne Melton is an employer of choice in the Melton community and the home of harness racing in Victoria.

However, we are more than just racing! We are a unique seven day a week entertainment venue with a range of racing and non-racing offerings including dining facilities, function & conference rooms, 41 room four-star hotel, gaming lounge and sports bar & TAB.

Our diverse team believe that diverse and exciting events will provide a great customer experience. As a member of our team, you will develop and analyse online campaigns and promotions targeted and aligned with our brand identity. This role will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Event Coordinator to implement the marketing plans for Tabcorp Park Melton. One of the key objectives of the role is to position is to maximise digital marketing campaigns and social media reach. Please check the attached PD for more details.

  • Strong social media and digital marketing experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and negotiation skill
  • To be available to work evenings, Saturday nights, weekends, during the Christmas season, New Year's Eve and all Major Race Events to be considered for ongoing work.
