Position Details

The Building Audit team are currently seeking an Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the audit program which will include conducting analysis, coordinating audit data, monitoring and evaluating outcomes, trends and risks, and ensuring that the program is effectively delivered.

The analyst liaises with internal and external stakeholders in relation to the building audit program, and produces reports and recommendations which contribute to an ever-improving audit function.

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  •   Experience and understanding of research and analysis techniques, information and data management processes and needs, strategic planning or relevant disciplines.
  •   The ability to review information and identify emerging trends, patterns and issues, test a range of solutions and outcomes and provide high quality advice and recommendations.
  •   Well-developed written communication skills and demonstrated ability to produce concise and accurate reports, including recommendations based on sound judgment.
  •   Strong computing skills, including demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office suite, and databases including MS Access and proven ability to work with spreadsheets and database applications.
  •   Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to negotiate and influence.

Salary Details

Base salary in the Grade 4 range of $79,955 - $90,716 per annum (plus 9.5% super), will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on skills and experience.
