ICT Business Partner
- $111,484 - $149,188 per annum (Plus Superannuation)

The position of ICT Business Partner forms a part of the Business Engagement branch of the Technology Services division, within the Corporate Services group.
Corporate Services actively supports Ministers and DEDJTR portfolio groups to create the conditions for sustainable economic development and employment growth. The Group works collaboratively to deliver integrated and operational functions across the department, leading the development of governance, people, culture, systems and capability. Corporate Services deliver service excellence through collaboration with DEDJTR partners, stakeholders and clients.
The Business Engagement teams are the key conduit between IT and other divisions within DEDJTR. Reporting to the Business Engagement Manager – Agriculture and Resources, the ICT Business Partner provides key skills and experience in business analysis across DEDJTR portfolio business units as assigned.
The ICT Business Partner will play a key role in the successful mobilisation and delivery of ICT projects and services by managing the evolution of business requirements before and throughout the project lifecycle. Key to the success of this role is the ability to examine in detail and understand business needs, propose practical solutions to problems and use appropriate, fit-for-purpose methods to communicate with a wide variety of audiences.
This role requires strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management; with the ability to engage with executive, operational and project teams within the business. The ICT Business Partner will be required to understand business processes and needs, and to translate those into proposals and specifications which are actionable by the Technology Services division.
